Bianca Catalan has worked in a number of artistic realms through Brava! for Women in the Arts, Community Music Center, The City College of New York, San Francisco University High School, and the Marsh Youth Theater. She recently finished a production of La Posarela (Maria) at Brava in collaboration with the Community Music Center. At CCNY she performed in The Arabian Nights (Perfect Love), Everything in the Garden (Jenny), The Actor’s Nightmare (Ellen), and Synthesis of All Modern Theater (Ensemble). Through UHS she performed in Romeo and Juliet (Juliet), Our Town (Emily), and a number of student productions. She also performed at MYT in In and Out of Shadows (Vanessa) and Jip, His Story (Teacher). Through the Community Music Center, Bianca has performed in The Magic Flute (Papagena) and Amahl and the Night Visitors (Dancer/Ensemble) In addition to performing, Bianca has done a number of projects in playwriting, costume designing, and directing through CCNY, SFUHS, MYT and the Lighthouse of Hope Church.
